These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Aistein. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
The service
Aistein provides software for AI-assisted conversations, voice agents, knowledge bases, and automations. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practicable.
Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, for activity under your account, and for content you upload or process. You must use Aistein in compliance with applicable laws and channel provider policies (e.g. WhatsApp, Meta, telephony). You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers.
Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase or in your workspace. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
Aistein and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain rights to your customer content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
