Aistein ("we", "us") provides AI voice, chat, and automation tools for customer engagement. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, password), workspace configuration, conversation content and metadata processed through channels you connect (e.g. phone, WhatsApp, web chat), and technical data such as device, browser, and IP address needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and improve Aistein, authenticate users, deliver AI responses and automations, bill for usage, send service notices, and detect abuse or security issues. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data with subprocessors who help us run the product (hosting, email, telephony, AI model providers) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Aistein and our users.
Retention & your rights
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing purposes. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting support@aistein.ai.
